DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK

 

There is something you want to ask Me, but you wonder if you have the right to do so. My children need to realize that I know everything about them. I know their thoughts even when far away. Therefore, I already know what it is you want to ask of Me. I am waiting for you to ask. You have not, because you ask not. Ask, and you will receive so that your joy will be full.

ALLOW ME TO ENCOURAGE YOU

My Child, don’t give in to discouragement, that’s what the enemy wants you to do.  He’s afraid of the plans that I have to bring glory through you for My Kingdom.  Therefore, he tries to discourage you by setting obstacles and hindrances in your path. The enemy wants you to feel discouraged so you will lose focus and believe that you’ve disqualified yourself from the things I’ve promised you.  Next, he brings along disappointment, hoping you will choose to wallow in self-pity instead of walking in obedience. 

Don’t allow him to cause you to take your eyes off Me and focus on the problems so much that you feel overwhelmed by the size of it.  The more you focus on the problem and the larger they will begin to appear, until you believe there’s no hope.  Those are his weapons, but I want you to remember; no weapon the enemy forms against you shall prosper. Therefore, keep looking up, and don’t become distracted from what I’ve called you to do.

LAY HOLD OF GOOD THINGS

So often you look at the negative things in your life and you think that it is of Me. You do not realize that I am a bringer of milk and of honey; I’m the bringer of good things.  It delights Me to meet the desires of your heart and to bring you joy.  It delights Me to draw you close to Me and to meet every need of your heart. It is not My desire for you to suffer or struggle for the things that you need.

My child, I came and I died so that you could have life and have it more abundantly.  I came to teach you how to overcome and have the full victory in every area of your life. I came so that I could bring you into a land flowing with milk and honey; for no good thing will I withhold from you. Therefore, do not believe the lies of the enemy, who is trying to steal My goodness from you. Reach out to Me now and take hold of the good things.
